The PYBA was established in 2005 when two long-upstanding
Peterborough basketball clubs - Saints and Storm - agreed to
amalgamate into one association for the betterment of youth
basketball.
Our club runs house league and rep programs for youth between
the ages of 9 through 18. We are part of the beautiful
Kawartha region - Central Ontario, Canada.
Thank you to all our sponsors and volunteers who make it
possible for youth in Peterborough to learn and play the great
game of basketball!

Officials Clinics
Tuesday
Sept. 14th 7-9pm PCVS main gym
Thursday Sept. 16th 7-9pm PCVS lower gym
Tuesday Sept. 21st 8-9:30pm PCVS lower gym
Thursday Sept. 23rd 7-9pm PCVS lower gym
Clinics are mandatory, anyone who wants to officiate the
houseleague basketball must attend all 4 clinics!

For the first time Scholarships were awarded to 4 young
people who have participated in all aspects of the PYBA
over the years; house league, rep and officiating, and
who are going on to post secondary institutions this
fall. Awards winners were Bryanna Hale, Karlie Killen,
Kaleigh Mooney and Taylor Robinson. |

annual POWER banquet the association with coaches
awarded Extreme Effort t-shirts to those players who
throughout the season gave of themselves 100% on and off
the floor. Congratulations to all. |
